As we roll up to the festive season looking forward to Christmas and the New Year, we have lots of things going on. We have -
A Fun night with DJ Bod
Something different with music and games to keep you entertained. Including a chance to play your cards right. Higher, lower. Nothing for a pair, not in this game!
December 8th and 9th
This is the return of your favourite in house music man as he plays your favourites (and his) as well as a private party
Christmas draw and live music with Milo
Lots of prizes to win with a free buffet followed by live music with by Milo
Ok, so Barbie may not have been your choice but hopefully you will enjoy a Christmas themed film instead. The Committee are currently trawling away through the hundreds of films to choose from, so keep your eyes on the noticeboard. If you have any ideas, we would love to hear them.
We can’t keep him away, he’s so popular. Another chance to bop away the night to our Blockhead loving music man.
A night of fun and general knowledge testing hosted by our own Billy Brown
Welcome back one of our favourites playing those classic anthems from groups such as the Jam, the Clash and others from the punk era.
Enjoy the night and welcome in 2024 with one of the Club’s favourite’s, grooving along to classics across the decades.
The sheet for this year’s prize draw is now well underway and available behind the bar.
Spaces are unlimited right up to the draw itself.

A Special General meeting
Another Special General meeting has been convened by agreement of the committee for Friday 8th December at 7:00pm.
The previous one called for 3 November was not well attended and it is hoped Members will come along to this re-scheduled meeting to let us know what you think and if you agree with the proposal.
The proposal is that the club introduces lifelong memberships for a fee of £200. The number of lifelong memberships is to be capped at 50 and are only available to members aged 50 or over and must have been a member for the last 10 years. Memberships will be
