The committee agreed to convene a Special General Meeting. This will be held on Friday 15th February at 7:00pm. There is only one item on the agenda and no other issues will be discussed at this meeting. The item on the agenda is to rescind the increase of club membership increase of £5.00 for the elderly members of the club, this was a decision made at the AGM in 2018. A refund of £5.00 will be made to those members who already paid it. membership cards must be on person and non members are not allowed to attend.
